Yes, completely. We coordinate everything by phone, text, and email. You can review estimates, approve repairs, pay by phone, and stay informed at every step. Many of our senior customers' adult children live in other states β this is a normal situation we handle every week.
Not always. Many senior customers don't drive as often or have a second vehicle in the family. If your parent doesn't need a rental, that's perfectly fine. If they do, we coordinate it with insurance so it's covered without your parent having to navigate the rental process themselves.
Just let us know. We can communicate by text instead, take extra time on the phone, or coordinate primarily through a family member. Several of our team members speak loudly and clearly because we know it matters. We adjust to what works for each customer.
Depends on the type of claim. If your parent was hit by another driver (not at fault), their rates typically don't increase. If they were at fault, rates may go up at next renewal β but this varies by insurer. We can talk through the situation specifically with you and your parent.
Yes. For seniors who'd prefer not to drive their car for repair (or whose car isn't drivable), we coordinate free pickup. For repaired vehicles, we offer delivery to your home in many cases. Just ask β we'll work it out.
